Refund policy

Made-to-Order Printing

All of our products are produced made-to-order. Because each item is custom printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or color variation between your screen and the final print.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@slacktidestudio.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Photos of the shipping box/packaging if the item was damaged in transit

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement print at no cost, or

  • Provide a refund to your original payment method

Partner Artist Editions

Our hosted artist prints follow the same policy: no returns unless damaged or defective. All replacements or refunds are handled directly through Slack Tide Studio to ensure consistency and quality.

Signs & Banners

Signs and banners are also made-to-order. Returns are not accepted except in cases of production error or shipping damage, following the same steps above.

Custom Orders

Any custom-quoted projects (including special sizes, bulk runs, or unique finishes) are final sale. Replacements are only offered if there is a clear production error or shipping damage.

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery.
